Ayurvedic beauty treatments gaining popularity in the West

The Indian herbs such as tulsi, rajnigandha, zaffran and honey have finally made their way to the clinics of the Cosmetic Surgeons at Harley Street, Britain which is actually considered as the heart of Western medicine. Organic and Ayurvedic skin care category is growing rapidly in EU, Australia, USA and Newzealand.

According to beauty expert Shahnaz Husain, it is a the biggest achievement in the history of Ayurveda, that the followers of the western medicines, have finally begun to recognize the value of this Indian System (Ayurveda) and Ayurvedic beauty treatments are now becoming an important part of Cosmoseuticals.

Ayurveda is now becoming increasingly popular in Britain, and on the whole, people are turning towards alternative therapies and holistic treatments.
