Researchers at Harvard reveal that this process can be arrested by making space for chanting the Om mantra every week.
This time the advice is not from yoga experts, but by Havard researchers. The MRI scans of the brains of regular meditators and non-meditators have clearly indicated that, the part of the brain that control these smarts-related process, were found to be thicker in meditators than in non-medtators.
