Acne “ Apply grated cucumber over face and neck for fifteen minutes and wash. Found to be beneficial for acne and blackheads.
Asthma- A tsp of fresh ginger juice mixed with a cup of fenugreek decoction and honey to taste.
Backache “ Two or three cloves of garlic to be taken every morning. Garlic oil massage is also found be beneficial in relieving the pain.
Boils “ Betel leaves can be warmed until soft, coated with castor oil and applied locally.
Burns “ Fresh Aloe Vera gel to which a little of coconut oil and a pinch of turmeric is added can be applied locally.

Flatulence “ Drink water to which lemon juice and a pinch of baking soda are added.
Headache “ Dilute ginger powder paste and apply on the forehead.
Insomnia “ Drink warm water to which honey is added at bed time, or a glass of warm milk with honey.
Toothache “ Apply few drops of clove oil on the affected tooth.
