A tea made by powdering 100gms each of Ashwagandha, Dalchii, Cadamom. Cinamon and ginger can be added to water and boiled and reduced to half. These herbs are known to possess strong [tag]anti-viral[/tag], anti-bacterial and [tag]anti-stress[/tag] properties and helps in enhancing immunity. The [tag]rejuvenating tea[/tag] is a high source of effective nutrients and is a good [tag]rejuvenator[/tag].

[tag]Green Tea[/tag], Dandelion leaf, Hawthorn leaf, Lemon balm, Peppermint, Oatstraw, Alfalfa, Stevia and Horsetail can be powdered and added to water in a large pan (t tsp. per cup) and allowed to boil for 15 to 20 minutes. This can be covered with a lid and left to settle for twenty minutes and consumed.
