Endocrinologist advised me to take some harmone for whole the life. My Vitamin D was in normal range. I prefer to start the treatment with Homeopathic medicine Thyreodinum - 3x(for first 15 days) 6x(Thereafter) and Spongia-Q twice daily alongwith Ashwagandha (1 pill in morning, 1 pill in evening). My TSH level come down to 9.50 I am continuing the medicine for coming two months. One month back during a routine test first time I observed that I had TSH=14.50, and T3 & T4 in normal range but towards lower side.
