A salad herb – Rocket, better known as Arugula (Eruca Sativa) has depicted anti-ulcer properties, confirmed a Saudi Arabia-based research group. The team noticed that Rocket extract depicts antisecretory, cytoprotective and anti-ulcer activities against experimentally-induced gastric lesions in rats.
