Oh, and the reason that "Individuals suffering from CFS mostly belong to the category of people who lack physical exercise and are spending most of their day sitting in one position", is that they are suffering a serious, physiological illness that is worsenned by exercise, and they are often quite simply incapable of much activity. They are not, as this sentence suggests, lazy people who choose to lead a sedentary lifestyle.</description>
